About Us
Sonke Skills Solutions (Pty) Ltd was established in 2006 and is a majority 60% black owned company, with 30% black female ownership and a Level 2 BBBEE Contributor status. We focusing mainly on skills development advisory and SETA grant management services, project management of training/learning programmes, including the mentoring/coaching/supporting of learners on learnership initiatives. Its directors are Yvonne Mhinga, Sipho Ngidi and Louis Rheeder, all who have many years of experience in their own right.
Since then we have been managing the implementation of skills development and training programmes benefitting both employed and unemployed beneficiaries. We work across all economic sectors in South Africa supporting public and private sector clients in meeting their skills development needs within a highly regulated environment.
We are a leader in skills development services, following a multi-disciplinary approach and uniquely designed skills development solutions backed by hands-on experience by our team of experts. We provide tried-and-tested, customisable solutions which differentiates us from other service providers.
